Burn Farm holiday cottages tariff information
These pretty cottages are open all year. All prices are per week with Saturday as changeover day.
Part week stays will be accepted off-season by arrangement (min 3 nights) and charged as a percentage of the full price. Depending on availability, we can come to an arrangement regarding a longer stay, especially during the quieter months.
Red Kite Cottage is pet-friendly and there is a small charge for pets (2 max) and you must be responsible for them. Please do not leave them unattended in the cottage.

Pricing is per week and includes all costs, ie linen, towels, electricity, central heating. Kitchens are fully fitted with hob, oven, dishwasher, washer / dryer, microwave.

PEAK ~13th June to 29th August inclusive.HIGH ~4th April to 13th June, 29th August to 19th September, MEDIUM ~21st March to 4th April, 19th September to 24th October.
LOW ~ 3rd January to 21st March, 24th October to 23rd December.
