There are three roomy holiday cottages to choose from surrounding a sunny courtyard each with their own patio where you can sit out.

There is plenty of parking on site.

Dolphin and whale trips, bird and nature watching, Trips along Loch Ness and out to the Summer Isles, Try a couple of the 30 golf courses ~ including Royal Dornoch and Nairn Championship.

Walking ~ all levels, Cycling ~ track and off-road Riding and quad biking.       

Quality shopping, Theatre and cinema at Inverness.  Excellent local restaurants and cafes. Have a day in Skye and the West coast (2hrs easy drive) , Spey Valley(1 hr drive), north to John O'Groats.  Many local distilleries including Glenmorangie.
